I offer one-on-one coaching sessions that can help you address topics and challenges in your life. You will gain new or deeper insights into your habits and patterns and be equipped with simple tools and embodied practices to make concrete steps to change.
The awareness of our physical body – breath, sensations, postures, etc. builds the base of this work.
Sessions are tailored to your particular needs and aims which we will be establish together in the first session. Common areas I worked with in the past relate to managing stress, getting unstuck, making decisions or looking at relationships (private or professional).
Sessions can be in-home or via Skype.
